"START HERE" -- a guide to the very simplest commands on HoloMuck


'north' or 'n' makes you move north (similarly for other exit directions)

'say' or '"' at the start of a line makes you speak that line to everyone
in the room with you.  For example, if you type:
        "hi!
everyone in the room will see:
        <Your name> says "hi!"

'pose' or ':' at the start makes you pose an action.  E.g.:
        :nods his head.

'look' or 'l' lets you look at either the room you're in, an object in the
room, a player, or an exit.  E.g.:
        look
        look bed
        l Snark
        l north

'page' and 'mail' let you send and receive messages with people *not*
in the room (or not "awake").  You can 'look page' or 'look mail' for
details.

'globals' shows you the other actions available everywhere on HoloMuck.
To get help on a particular action, type 'look ' and the action name.
