Chorus: Here's one, two, three pagan gods all in one mind.
We have come goddess seeking. What we seek, we shall find.
What we seek we shall find, so you need have no fear.
All ye lords and ye ladies now be of good cheer.
Well the first that comes in is young Aengus Macog,
And he seeks for his maiden. Caer now is his vogue.
Though he rules over time and could make the days fly,
He must seek her till Samhain, when winter draws nigh.
Well the next that comes in is Lugh, god of the sun.
He's begot many heroes - Cuchulain is one;
And he now wants to find yet another to bed.
Pray couldn't he make a girl-hero instead?
Well the last that comes in is old Dagda The Good,
With his tall, stately club and no sheath, cloak or hood.
He is ready for Danu and when those two do meet
There is sure to be plenty of barley to eat.
Come sisters and brothers now join in this mirth
And give thanks for the ceasing of winter's hard dirth.
Come join in the circle. Come dance and come sing,
And rejoice in the love of Our Queen and our King!
